We're expanding our team and looking for talented professionals to join us We are hiring for the following position: *Account Director (Heliopolis, Onsite) Key Responsibilities: -Establish and foster strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor. -Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience. -Regularly communicate with clients to assess their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns. -Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to clients. -Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients. -Develop comprehensive account plans to drive client success and achieve business. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; master's degree preferred. -Minimum 8-10 years of experience in client-facing account management roles, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. -Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships. -Proficient in project management, budget control, and financial management. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team. -Thorough understanding of integrated marketing practices and emerging industry trends. -Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth *Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo *Work Mode: Sunday-Thursday (Onsite).
